    I keep getting this message when trying to load my website. I tried installing Divi to build my website and I received the message after installing it.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function themify_check() in /home2/elitemc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/builder-tiles/init.php on line 200

    You’ll need FTP program or cPanel access to navigate to /wp-content/plugins/builder-tiles/ and rename /builder-tiles/ folder. That should hopefully bring your website back.

    I have access to my cPanel. What do I need to rename it to?

    Anything you want. For instance /builder-tiles-broken/.
