I used Google Translate as I don’t know Italian, however it seems that tgmpa was declared twice. It seems that the Our Team Enhanced plugin isn’t compatible with the AccessPress Store theme I think.

I’d advise you get in touch with the plugin / theme authors. It might be that there is an issue in either or packages potentially.

– Looking at your error message, your “our-team-enhanced” plugin seems to be the error.

– Try deleting/renaming this plugin using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

– These are English language forums. Alternately, if you prefer, use WP support forum in your language.

Grazie ragazzi, i vostri messaggi il mio PC li traduce in italiano, per cui no problem. Ora cerco di risolvere dal pannello ARUBA.

This is not an issue with the Our Team Enhanced plugin, but with the theme you are using ‘Accesspress Store’.

They have a typo (or rather, search and replace error) in their code:
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/accesspress-store/2.1.6/inc/accesspress-plugin-activation.php#L2114

That line should read:
if ( ! function_exists( 'tgmpa' ) ) {

As they incorrectly changed it, the function is being redefined causing that error.

If you replace that one line in the /.../wp-content/themes/accesspress-store/inc/accesspress-plugin-activation.php file with the line above, Our Team Enhanced and Accesspress Store will play nice together 😉

Please ask the theme author @access-keys to fix this.
@access-keys: If you download a fresh copy of TGMPA using the Custom TGMPA Generator, it will serve you with a customized download of TGMPA which will automagically have done the search & replace for you in the correct way.
