Fatal error: Call to undefined function Leafo\ScssPhp\ctype_space() in /Applications/AMPPS/www/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/maxbuttons/assets/libraries/scssphp/src/Parser.php on line 1076

using Php 5.5x and AMpps installed locally.

Looks like this is a problem with Ampps. Check this link :

Open up AMPPS, go to the PHP tab, click on PHP extensions. And lo and behold, there is ctype.iso NOT ENABLED

Ctype should be enabled.
