    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/canva folder.

    Why can you not access your site’s files? You do not need to login to your site to do this.

    You need to access your plugin files via your web host, NOT via WordPress.

    Thanks semi, work around worked fine for me. Any thoughts why Canva plugin just started failing?
