• Hi Guys

Yesterday found my website crash down showing details as below:

Warning: ksort() expects parameter 1 to be array, object given in /home/alexzhang101/public_html/wp-content/plugins/video-central/includes/core/template-functions.php on line 320

Warning: include_once(/home/alexzhang101/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp-slimstat/browscap-db.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/alexzhang101/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/browser.php on line 20

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/home/alexzhang101/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp-slimstat/browscap-db.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/alexzhang101/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/browser.php on line 20

Fatal error: Class ‘slim_browscap_db’ not found in /home/alexzhang101/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/browser.php on line 22

Also, unable to access to WordPress dashboard. Searched the issue here and found from previous thread which suggest to “FTP into your server and delete a file named browscap-db.php in the folder /wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/ . Once you do this, please update Slimstat to version 4.4.3 to prevent this bug from happening again. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

However, there is no “browscap-db.php” existing in my folder “/wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap/” and I have already updated to version 4.7

Can anybody give me a hand?

    Cheers
    Alex

Your WordPress version is 4.7, but your Slim Stat version is something else. It’s only coincidence that they are both in version 4 series, plugin versions are maintained independently from WordPress.

Go to your plugin admin screen and update your plugin if required. The latest version is 4.5. If you are up to date, I suggest you use the plugin’s dedicated support forum where Slim Stat experts can help you. Someone else has recently asked the same question, you should subscribe to this topic for current information. Please refrain from posting a “me too” reply, you would prevent the OP from getting the attention they deserve.

Thank you @bcworkz. Yes, upgrading to version 4.5 should solve this problem. Please keep us posted. I’ll subscribe to this thread so that I get notified if you respond here.
