• Resolved dllynn

    I’m helping a non-profit organization try to troubleshoot a problem they are having with their website. This is the second day they haven’t been able to get access to it. Here is the fatal message they receive when they try to go to their website or login at http://ptsdusa.org:

    [Warning: require_once(/home/content/09/7790409/html/dev/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-network.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/09/7790409/html/dev/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 32

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/09/7790409/html/dev/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-network.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in /home/content/09/7790409/html/dev/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 32]

    I’ve signed into an FTP server to remove the JetPack plugin, but it hasn’t resolved the issue. Is there anything you could help me with to resolve this problem? Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

  • Seems that it’s not removed from the server – have you completely deleted it from here:

    wp-content
       plugins
         jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

    That’s exactly what I did and I’m still getting the error message. Even if I log back into the ftp server and go to the plugins folder, there is no longer a jetpack folder listed. Any other ideas?

    Try renaming the plugins folder to plugins.HOLD – check and see if that fixes the error message. IF so, change the name back and hopefully you’ll be back in business :)!

    Tried with no results 🙁

    Looks like that site’s on GoDaddy? You’ll probably need to ask them why that’s not working – a bunch of people had issues on their servers the past few days, including many with the JetPack update.
