Fast response for purchase questions

I was not sure about purchasing the plugin and went back and forth. I accidentally left an extra plugin in my cart and purchased the same plugin twice. The team responded immediately and I was able to get my refund and download right away. I did purchase the Import and Export plugins at different times – and did not get the discount (that was my fault). Customer service reviewed my account without my asking and refunded me the extra money so I was able to qualify for the discount.

They went above and beyond my expectations for customer service (something you don’t get very often)! And, to top it off, the plugin worked really well – and has saved me an immense amount of time. Thanks so much!!!
