Family membership setup

How can I setup a family membership with Ultimate Member plugin where there will be a Primary member that will pay for membership with the Stripe Integration and the additional family members will also be in the member directory and linked to the Primary member?

I would prefer that when a new member is registering or completing their profile that they can add the additional family members. Each family member would be able to have their email address and receive notifications, log in, etc.
