    La tienda estaba recibiendo pedidos de forma estable y desde hace 5 días no entra ninguno. Hemos hecho pruebas y no falla ninguna pasarela de pago. Tampoco hay descenso en el tráfico, en analytics todo está correcto ¿qué podría estar fallando?

    The best next step is to place a test order exactly the way a customer would: in a private browser window, without logging in, using a real shipping address from one of your usual delivery areas, and going all the way through to the order confirmation page.

    If that order goes through and shows up under WooCommerce > Orders, your store is taking orders correctly, and the quiet days may simply be fewer purchases rather than something broken. If it fails at any point, let us know what you see and where it stops, and we’ll take a closer look.
