• Since Monday I have been in contact with the support team at Huge-IT as some of the functions are it working with the plugin, I liked the free version so i went ahead and purchased the pro version

The communication was good until i proved ( by sending several screen shots) that the functions i need to adjust, don’t change on the front end of the website. The changes do save on the back-end, but when i reload the page,( clear my chace etc ) the changes haven’t taken effect.

I have since emailed the support team two more times, after sending screen-shots to prove to them that the changes were not happening ( as they insisted it was and sent me a video of the changes being saved on the BACK END) I have heard nothing back.

Even tho i have been very patient and told them today was my deadline to get this site fully up and running, they’ve gone dead quite since the screen shots.

I will now be requesting a full refund and will never purchase anything from these lot.

    Shambles!!!

    Dear burcinor,

We are begging your pardon for the inconvenience, really. We will be glad to refund you had we chance to imitate the same issue at our end. Our support staff member sent you a reply at 5:30 PM by the end of working day and surely will be back in some 10 hours, by morning. Will you allow us, for example, to have a Team Viewer session and share your website live with us, so that we could check the system and understand the problem. If we detect that the issue is coming from our plugin and would not be able to fix it, the refund will follow accordingly.

    Hi,

I have read the email and now you want MORE MONEY to make a very simple adjustment.
I already paid for the pro version so i can modify the plugin for my needs. Why do you want me to pay more to make a simple adjustment such a bringing the ‘next’ arrow buttons to either side of the pop up video. This is a shambles and the pro version really isn’t any better than the free one.

I have never come across anything like this as I build all my websites using WordPress and several plugins from various developers. Y
ou have purposely put in !important tags to prevent people from modifying the plugin even tho its a PRO version just so you can rip them off.

    You guys are a joke.

    Dear burcinor,

We are not sure about discussing this issue under the review page and let me mention kindly that the issue is connected with the Professional version of the plugin only and we’d recommend to keep the discussion via email, which we do read and respond on time. Anyhow, if in public, then we shall mention that there had been misunderstanding in the original message, where you were mentioning the options of Lightbox, where the issue was coming from content pop-up view. We agreed today about that and reviewed the pop-up view, which UNFORTUNATELY HAD NO OPTIONS for changing the pop-up in lightbox options, which was not right and you aimed to do that in general options. We provided you with the links to demos as well. As for the additional price: let me mention you kindly that adjustment for next buttons are not available in the Pro version and require additional customization. The customizations for a Pro product are paid as in all companies where programmers take time to write additional code for any customer. All the options of the Pro product are described on our website, even the most minor ones and we assume that our clients take some time and have a look before purchasing the product. All the options that are desired by you are not available in the plugin, nor described on our website. We will need to write new lines of code for you. We do not intentionally put !important tags , yet as said in another post you have put your comments on, we try to optimise the plugin and surely will take down most of !important tags and make the plugin more CSS friendly. Burcinor, we are really sorry about the all negative experience , but believe us that we try the utmost to satisfy you. Hope there is a chance of understanding our situation. Thank you!

It is on the review page so that others are not pulled into your nonsense.

You have assumed right and i have read that these changes are doable by yourselves, as you don’t allow your customers to make any additional changes by CSS.
This is why i bought your plugin, you make it clear that you don’t allow CSS changes but you do support your customers and offer to implement these changes:
Here’s ONE link, you need to make it clear that any additional simple adjustments will cost more. if this was made clear i would have not wasted so much time on this.

As you are trying to save face, maybe you should consider what it is you are doing wrong, you have several similar complaints from other dissatisfied customers that your services give off a complete wrong guide.
