False ALT text warning With Bricks Builder

    Hello,

    We are getting false ALT text warnings for all pages when using Surerank.

    Our website is built with Bricks Builder, and we have verified that all images have ALT text assigned in the WordPress Media Library.

    It seems that the plugin is not detecting the ALT text correctly.

    Could you please take a look and let us know if this is a known issue with Bricks Builder or if there is anything we should check?

    Hello @devosamaamin ,

    Thank you for the detailed report and for confirming that the images already have ALT text set in the Media Library.

    We tested this on our end but were unable to reproduce the same behavior.

    Since this doesn’t appear to be a general compatibility issue, we’d like to take a closer look to understand what might be causing it on your site.

    Could you please open a support ticket by emailing us at support@surerank.com? If possible, please include your site URL along with a screenshot of the warning so we can investigate it further.

    We’ll review the issue in detail and work with you to get it sorted. Looking forward to investigating this further with you.
