Failing validation with WP pngfix

    I’ve run my blog through validation and it’s failing on the WP pngfix section of the code. Here’s where:

    XML Parsing Error: xmlParseEntityRef: no name
	if(($.browser.msie)&(parseInt($.browser.version)<7)){

XML Parsing Error: StartTag: invalid element name
	if(($.browser.msie)&(parseInt($.browser.version)<7)){

    the no name is the & symbol

    the invalid element name is the < symbol
