Failed Upgrade from 2.5 to 2.6.3

    I uploaded all of the files into the right directories, opened up Upgrade.php and got the following message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function force_ssl_admin() in …/public_html/blog/wp-settings.php on line 394`

    Quote Samboll:

    “Call to undefined function” almost always means that you didn’t upgrade every single file.

    Re-upload WordPress, and this time, upload ALL the files. Even those in the root directory.

    You’re probably right there! Filezilla confuses the hell out of me, I’ve had much better FTP Clients in the past.

    I use WS_FTP and I can just select everything (folders and root-files) and copy to server. Folder-by-folder works well too.
