Failed to send your message

    I know this was an issue back when WP upgraded to 4.4, but my client just discovered his contact form is not working. Contact submissions are received in the database, but not emailed (as of WP 4.4). I have read through the other posts about this and it looks like my set up is correct, but maybe I’m not seeing the mistake. Can someone please check my configuration and let me know if you see an error? Thank you kindly
