Failed to load error (Urgent)

    I am getting this error when I try to add new post. I tried to disable all the plugins. I even installed the wordpress again. Few days back I had the same problem. I reinstalled and it was gone but now it has resurfaced again. PLEASE HELP

    Failed to load plugin: wptextpattern from url https://vineetloomba.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wptextpattern/plugin.min.js

    I am using generate press theme. I have already discussed this with theme author.
    We’ve done general debugging,

    Re-installed WP
    Disabled plugins
    Changed themes

    Problems remains same.. Please help !!

    Try adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false); to your wp-config.php file just below the define('DB_HOST' line.

    To do so, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and edit the file with a plain text editor.

    Okay I have done that now….The error is gone when adding new post.

    but I get many errors now in the console (inspect element)

    ALSO there is one more issue happening along with this one from many days that is my admin bar shows as unlisted below footer…W3TC is causing tht error because when I disable W3Total cache admin returns to top. Is this error related to the one we are discussing?

    Also Now my text editor is not working …only visual editor is working while editing post..

    For the W3TC problem, I recommend reporting it at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    For the missing Text editor, now that you have JavaScript concatenation disabled, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
