I get this error at activation, What’s mean this?

Failed to create Cloudflare WAF rule: firewallrules.api.maintenance_mode. This API is in maintenance mode and no longer accepts modifications. Please migrate to the new Firewall Rules API at https://developers.cloudflare.com/waf/reference/legacy/firewall-rules-upgrade/

This is expected behavior; normally you have to wait a few seconds or minutes for Cloudflare to update the new rules.
