Failed to Communicate with Quic Cloud Server

@blake232 please send a report to Litespeed, from LSC => Toolbox => Report => click on “Send to Litespeed”
Then share the ID generated.

I would require more info. Please enable logs and share them(use a https://pastebin.com/ link with logs).

Clear logs and retry connection to QC. Then paste the logs from connnection.

@blake232 Not enought, seems you activated QC before enabling logs

You should see first line from request:
Query String: page=litespeed-general&LSCWP_CTRL=cloud&LSCWP_NONCE

Yes, they are correct now.

I see error: Not our cloud IP
This means that our server could not read the correct ip.
I see you used QC before(not just CDN). From what I see server IP saved is: 198.***.***.253 is this correct?
Make sure correct IP is setup in QC and in plugin Server IP.
From what I see, site ip it’s different than what you have in QC.


If this is not working, please Export LSC settings, from https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#importexport-tab
MAKE sure you have it saved
Make a LSC reset
And reimport the settings.
Now retry connection.
