• One of our clients is encountering a payment issue due to postal code. The error is “A payment of $xx.00 failed. We couldn’t verify the postal code in the billing address. If the issue persists, suggest the customer to reach out to the card issuing bank.”

    We have verified that the postal code they are using is correct and it matches their banking information.
