    Hi there! We really love your plugin, however there is an inconvenience. When the payment with Fondy fails, the order status is changed to “Cancelled”. Could you please adjust the plugin so that the order status would change to “Failed” instead?

    Hi! Yes, of course, we change it in 2.5.5 release.

    I have 2.5.5 now. But where can I change the failed order status? There is no such setting in Woocommerse -> Settings -> Payments -> Fondy

    Option, to choose failed and successful order statuses will be in next releases, in 2.5.5 changed “cancelled” to “failed” without option

    I see the options now so this is resolved. However we now have another very annoying issue: if a payment fails and we eventually settle payments with the client by other mean, we set the order status as Completed. However we have noticed that after some time Fondy will change the status of those orders to Cancelled. Could you please give an insight into why is this happening?

    This happens when the payment system sends a callback to the store that the payment has expired. To avoid this, you need to change the payment method in the order or disable callbacks in the merchant portal.

    After contacting Fondy support, it turns out that at this point callbacks can be disabled by support only and there is no option in merchant portal. Thank you.
