Failed orders

Hi Team,
Recently, we have been receiving failed orders from genuine customers.
We have already enabled reCAPTCHA in the WooCommerce PayPal Payments settings; however, the issue persists and customers are still experiencing failed transactions.
Could you please review this issue and advise on the possible causes and steps to resolve it?
