    is there anyway to see which payment method customer tried to use when they get this failed order message

    error processing payment. Reason: Funding Instrument In The PayPal Account Was Declined By The Processor Or Bank, Or It Can’t Be Used For This Payment

    Hi @cookney

    I am not aware of a way but if there is the payment method will most likely be associated with the failed transaction. You should log into your Braintree account and search for the failed transaction and see if the payment method is shown on the transaction details page.
