Judging from others’ experience, it could be that your server isn’t configured to allow include_once() via a filepath. If you have access to your system admin, you could ask that they verify if this is allowed, which may fix the issue.

If you can tell me where to get the logs I can get them to you, but a screenshot won’t help as I just get a white screen on my webpage and the wordpress admin page.
