failed import again, and again.

    when i import matches i get the message that the date format is incorrect. I have NEVER been able to import matches correctly due to this. Exactly what format must the date for matches be in? I am in the UK but it fails whether I use the UK date format or the US date format.

    Please help asap 🙂

    Default date setting is the MySQL date format: Y-m-d H:i

    example for current time: 2026-07-25 13:56

    The plugin also contains a csv that you can use as an example.

    this does not work. where can i show you a screenshot to show that the date is incorrect but it changes it to the EXACT same format but with todays date? Thi has never worked since day 1

    The example file also doesn’t work?

    I think it works better if you send me your csv file. I can have a look at the structure.

    Please also send me any settings that you stored in your wp-config.

    Also now getting this error which makes no sense at all.

    Column 1 header should be “play_date” ⇒ not “play_date”
