not at all. I have tested it with and without plugins and tablepress is the least of concern.
I understand my theme has some custom css but i do not have much knowledge on what to look for. Btw, is the animation done by js or css?
On your request i have updated the page with all plugins removed.

It uses the same source as yours https://github.com/markgoodyear/scrollup
The fade animation works even with my theme.
Weird, but thanks for the report. I need a time to check what’s wrong with my plugin 😉
