That looks like an error in that plugin. What plugin is it? There really shouldn’t be a file like that in the top level of the plugins directory? I suggest deleting that file via the file manager app of your hosting control panel.
Googling around a bit more, that file is most likely malware. So, delete it and then…. Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.
If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

IT loaded javascript that opened up your site. Your site is working, but it’s still compromised.
