Facebook Widget Mass Confusion

Hi all..

I’ve been digging into Facebook widgets…and coming up clueless. I want to show my feed from my fan page. Quite a variety of plugins are out there, but they ask for an APP ID and APP Secret. I click to go to that page, but my fan page doesn’t show up, instead it shuffles me to one of my other fan pages. I try to fill out the links, not having a CLUE what I’m doing, with no help from the little ?’s scattered everywhere. It asks for app domain, and won’t let me put in my facebook page. I am SO LOST and have been for TWO DAYS. Can someone bail me out here?
