    We noticed that a product was showing a discounted price on the Facebook shop, however on WooCommerce the price wasn’t discounted. I verified that the connection between the website and Facebook is setup correctly connected, and triggered a manual sync of the products. Whilst the sync started off well, after syncing about 70 products, the number of products remaining stopped updating.

    Can you please attach the following so we can get a better understanding of the issue?

    • A couple of uncut screenshots of the behaviour you’re encountering. You can use Snipboard or Imgur.
    • A copy of your site’s system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
