facebook style chat in wordpress

hi, i just installed in my homenetwork a very small and simple “social network” using wordpress and mingle. it permits user registration, emailing between users but i would like also to add chat, only between the registered users of my site. like facebook does. is there a plugin like that? if there is one with web camera support …. much better:)
