FACEBOOK Share Count Not Working | WordPress.org

The Facebook share counts are at zero across several sites where we have this plugin installed (free version 6.1.2). And yup have checked other services and they are showing the shares. Reading through the support posts here it seems this is happening for others too. Anyone have any ideas why?

This from paid for version support:

Please ensure you have enable share counters and SSB API under counters \ section next time you have simples share buttons plus enabled and simple share adder disabled.

This will ensure some consistency on the number of counts for facebook.
Try this and let us know how you go.

Does this mean that the share count in the free version is inferior or disabled?

The next version is nearly ready for launch, which will include the use of sharedcount.com, a free service (1,000 calls per day) to get Facebook share counts.

The latest version is now live, which includes the sharedcount.com API!
