Facebook Login – Woocommerce Email Issue

    We just had a customer sign up to our site using Facebook login, however the email address came through in the format: 1112312213@facebook.com (not the real numbers but you see the format).

    As soon as they registered I received an email error that the address could not be found.

    The real issue is that the customer also checked out a purchase but now didn’t receive an order confirmation email and we have no way to electronically contact them.

    If the old facebook.com email addresses no longer work; is there anyway to detect this and force the user to enter a real one?

    That customer didn’t grant Facebook login app the permission to fetch email address and you have not enabled Email Required option in the Advanced Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login page in admin area. For this case, you need to enable that option for the plugin to prompt users to provide their email address.
