Is there a wait time until you can import from Facebook? Meaning if you add events to the Facebook side, do you have to wait 1, 4, 24 hours to import using the plugin?

Hi @bebizzy,
The import process is depending on your server configurations, especially “Max Execution Time”.
If the Execution time is very low, get the timeout on the network tab on developer mode and you can see 0 events imported message.
So please increase the execution time in your server and check it out again.
About it, you can contact your hosting provider.

Today it imported 172 events, but most were old/expired, and the newest ones were not imported.
Is there something in the plugin that would ignore new events or is there something not set up properly in the FB Graph API?

Hi @bebizzy,
This issue is forwarded to the developer team, it will be checked and we will let you know the result.
Best Regards
Thank you! I would be willing to assist where possible.
Any progress on this?
The client is becoming upset with the way events are pulling in from Facebook.
Note from client : When the token is pulled its duplicating only select random events. This time it was Pints and Puppies and DAV Chapter 4 meetings. It appears that the random, custom events seem to be pulling weird?

Hi @bebizzy,
Thanks for an update this topic,
This is forwarded to the developer team but it takes time to be checked.
Also, we didn’t receive other reports about that but we will check it as soon as possible.
Note: For more information about that, I try to import upcoming events and it’s working fine, however, I think regarding your issue related to the number of your imports, you need to setup server configuration to import a large amount of data in order to import from Facebook.
Best Regards
