Hi there,
I’ve just had a look at the link you shared, https://donation.bwcf.org.hk/, but I couldn’t see a Facebook logo at all. Can you share a screenshot of that in action? Is this something that’s part of a 3rd party plugin? I’m asking as I’d just like to make sure this is the correct support forum for that 🙂
Thanks!
It’s at the footer. I have trouble pasting the screen capture here… if you scroll to the bottom of each page, you’ll see. Thank you very much for your help. 🙂
Hmmm, I’m still not seeing anything on my side. Here’s a screenshot of what I’m getting:

If you’d like to share screenshots from what you’re seeing, you could upload them to an image hosting solution like Dropbox, Imgur, Google Drive or snipboard.io and then share the direct links here
I’m seeing it here:

From what I understand, these are added with an external widget (perhaps this one?) and it’s not using the right font type. It would be best to reach out to the widget’s own support team.
I didn’t add any additional widget. I used pretty much as is…
I only made some changes to the css for the logo size and adjusted the hamburger menu location. I might have updated the fonts. I suppose these would not affect the icon not showing…
What’s the name of the widget you’re using – Can you share a screenshot of that?
As for the custom CSS – Updating the fonts would definitely have a big impact since the icon itself on YOUR site is being rendered by the “Font Awesome 5 Free” library BUT the Font Awesome library has the following notice on their site:

Practically speaking, this means that you’ll want to update the underlying code to use the fab classname (instead of the fa classname) AND make sure to include the “Brands” Font Awesome library found at https://fontawesome.com/icons?s=brands
