My plugin allow user like your fan page.
Facebook fanpage and facebook personal page is different.
If you want disable popup, turn on option Cookie in setting page, and when user click “hide”, it’ll never show again.

Sorry because it’s only for fanpage, have no any plugin can support for facebook personal page, it’s true.
Now my plugin have no option for disable popup when scroll bottom, i will update that in new version.
