Facebook Connect with IntenseDebate

I’m currently using IntenseDebate as my comment system of choice. I’d like to get the Facebook Connect feature up and running, but nothing I try kicks it off.

I followed the instructions, but when I’m done, all I can see is the Facebook button, but unable to click it. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

If anyone can help, I’d appreciate it. I really need the Facebook integration, and to continue using this comment system.
