Facebook Chat Error

    I just installed Facebook Chat plugin on my website [aihn.com.ng]. Then click on settings to set up plugin, on redirection to Facebook platform, it says “something went wrong”. Please can you assist me on this issue?

    Hi @aihn,

    Sorry to hear you’re encountering this issue. This might be specific to your Facebook account. Can you confirm whether you’re logged in to Facebook on the same browser you’re using to set up the Chat plugin?
