.f4v/h264 swf’s player?

    Looking for a .f4v/h264 swf’s player. I got something to play back the flv, but I don;t like how it loads the file, it doesn’t stream it, it downloads the whole video first then plays. So clients wait like 45 sec of black before video loads. Anyone got any tricks?
