Extremely Slow Load Times

    Plugin works great, but I’m experiencing very long page load times when it is called. I encountered a few 502 bad gateway errors when trouble shooting. I activated the plugins logging feature, but didn’t receive any data. I’m also not seeing any server errors. So, I have no idea what is causing it to load so slowly on my install. FWIW, once the page loads, the plugin worked fine and I was able to complete live transactions, but the 15+ second page load times make it unusable for clients. I’m happy to help trouble shoot this if you have any thoughts on how to do so.

    Hey Jeff –

    I’m aware of the slow load time in some instances. Do you have a lot of stripe customers? If you don’t mind me asking how many do you have?

    Hi Justin,

    That seems to be the issue. I have about 500 customers in my stripe account.

    Commenting out

    Wp_Stripe_Plaid_Public::get_all_stripe_customers( false );

    in

    class-wp-stripe-plaid-public.php

    and the payment form loads promptly.
