Extremely rapid support

I just started using the Pro version and I am impressed with the quick response of the support. They have been fast, helpful and kind.

They helped me through a small issue, noting missing feature I highlighted and suggesting a way to make it work for me, even without such a feature. I hope that new feature gets shipped.
