Extreme language problems in 3.0??

    Hi!

    I downloaded WordPress 3.0 for a new project today (2 other projects use 2.6 or something…) and this time only I need the German version of WordPress.
    I downloaded the de_DE version from the German page, set it up (the readme and config file were correctly in German), went into the control panel and then the fun began…

    All stuff on the blog is in English (archives, about, categories, comments, …), and the admin panel is a mess that changes languages every 2 clicks. When I click “Dashboard”, everything is English, then I click “Update” and the whole stuff changes to German, “Add New” is English but “Categories” becomes the German “Kategorien”, …

    I checked the language files, they’re perfectly there. What may cause such weird problems??

    EDIT:
    Sometimes the pages even change language when just refreshing.
