Extra text when using sale_products shortcode

Hi,
I would like to create and show a following page:
<before-text>
[sale_products]
<end-text>

This page should be called from another page (with insert page shortcode), but only when thenumber of on-sale-products is greater than 0.
Would be nice if someone could give me a hint 🙂
