you have go to the settings and deactivate the Shariff buttons for: Posts (blog page) and excerpt. than it works again. at least it did for me
Thanks, I’ll try that out when I update the plugin again. I don’t need the icons on excerpts anyway, but I want them for posts. Will have to play with the options a bit I guess.

on the next release, probably together with some new stuff on 4.1, there will be a new optional setting to completely remove Shariff from the excerpt text. How excerpts are handled differs very much between themes, so it took some time to reproduce this behavior.

Hi, habe gleiches Problem, dass beim Teilen “teilen twittern teilen pinnen mitteilen teilen teilen teilen teilen” darunter steht. Statistik ist nicht aktiviert.
Bei mir sind die Buttons unterhalb des Artikels (post)
Hat evtl. jemand die Vorgängerversion als Zip Datei?

die 3.4.2 bekommst du ganz offziell hier von wordpress.org: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/shariff.3.4.2.zip
Wenn beim Teilen diese Reste erscheinen deutet das jedoch auch darauf hin, dass du die OpenGraph-Tags nicht oder nicht vollständig gesetzt hast, insbesondere den og:description. Unabhängig von Shariff solltest du das ggf. einmal überprüfen.

This issue should hopefully be completely fixed in version 4.1. Please test it and let me know if this is the case or if you encounter any further problem.

No, the version 4.1 don’t fix it.
It seems to be highly depend on the theme, so if any of the others still also have this issue, please let me know a link to your page and the theme you are using.
