When I enable the plugin on any site running the Revolution Pro Genesis theme I get an extra space after the apostrophe. Disabling the font in css reverts to the correct display, and removing the plugin resolves the issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That’s interesting. And very specific! 🙂

I see what you mean. The font files are directly downloaded from the Google Fonts API, so something must go wrong during transfer.

It’s not a unique issue, though. I’ve had more reports on this forum of users with different fonts, where certain characters break after they’ve downloaded.

I’m afraid there’s nothing I can do about that. Sorry.

Sorry for taking such a long time to get back to you. It’s a very specific issue. Do you happen to use a Mac?

Since the last time I wrote to you I switched to a Windows laptop, and I’m not experiencing these broken fonts anymore. I can confirm that the page you mentioned earlier also doesn’t show the broken fonts.

It seems to be a Mac specific issue. Maybe something about a broken display driver. Nothing I can do on my end to fix it, sadly.

The issue is resolved. It was not brand specific as it did impact mac and pc. The issue was with the font family and it not supporting the characters.
