Extra footer line?

    I recently updated my page using the 2010 theme and I now have two dividing lines in my footer. Since I can’t figure out a way to change my footer in any way, how do I get rid of these? I run two webpages using 2010 and one of them has the normal footer, and the other has this extra line at the bottom. It’s driving me crazy. Please help!
