Extra Codes in my Site Title

Hello,

I am building a website with WordPress. I’ve changed my Site Title and all of a sudden an extra code appeared on the website. When people get login, the wordpress user menu (the one says Howdy xx) on top appears below of the gray line. I’ve checked and automatically cleaned the unnecessary codes on the _header.php with dreamweaver but the problem still exists.

I’d be appreciated your help.
