    Hello,
    this plugin adds a “nofollow” to all external links correct?
    It does not add it to internal links, right?

    Also, if I delete the plugin is the “nofollow” lost?

    Yes, only external links are affected, and the change sticks if you uninstall the plugin, since it actually edits the post content when the post is saved 🙂
