External links are having wrong path

Hello all

When I put external links on my blog http://www.fromtipstotoes.ch, they always redirects me to http://www.fromtipstotoes.ch/”external_link”. For example: I want to link my facebook page in the sidebar, so I put the link with the html code “a href” in a html widget and save it. First it seemed that everything’s fine, the link is shown on my page. But when I click on it, it redirects me to http://www.fromtipstotoes.ch/facebook.com/mypage instead of http://www.facebook.com/mypage

Can anybody help me out? Is this kind of a permalink thing?
