My recommendation in this case would be insert the form in a page without sections like header, footer or sidebars (you can create a template in the theme active to be applied to a specific page of the website), and embed your form in other websites using <iframe> tags.

How do I stop receiving emails to this thread??? No, before you say it, I am NOT subscribed to it, never have been. I am NOT subscribed to any thread. I have tried three times to subscribe and then unsubscribe, hoping this would stop all the emails and no luck.
I never subscribed to anything to begin with, I just read this topic. Now I get every post made here and this wasn’t the topic I needed to begin with.
Anyone know how I report this? Or do I have to find an outside agency to report signing me up without my approval? And no, before you suggest this, I am not subscribed to anything for this entire site.

The subscriptions to the forum threads are managed directly by the WordPress forum, I guess you should contact directly to WordPress team.

Thanks for the reply, codepeople. I tried that but I can’t find a way to contact them, they say they don’t have a contact you have to go through the forum. Not that they try to make it easy on people 🙂
