    Hi,

    I have tried to contact support via the page a few times now, but no one seems to respond.

    So here is the question, for all extensions, for example Store Timings & Delivery Cutoff , is this a yearly fee (as it seems to want to repeat on the billing) or will it still work when the license expires (there just wont be any updates)

    I understand why extensions like Restropress
    Order Tracking App need to be yearly billing, as this is a live feature

    Hello @edrestro,

    We have already replied to this query earlier. I guess you might have issues receiving the notifications.

    You can opt to not have the extensions as yearly subscription if you don’t want to receive the updates and support after 1 year.

    thank, and to clarify, my notifications work just fine, but it just seems, judging by alot of questions posed by users trying to get help on your website, the support is lacking, considerably, which poses the question why anybody in the right mind would pay for support they do not receive in many cases
