Extending WordPress Search Functionality

    Are there any plugins that allow you to put in keywords for a specific page that can be read by the built-in search function? So for example, if the page is about coffee and nowhere on the page do I use espresso. Can I add that keyword so that page can be found if the user enters espresso into the search?

    Additionally, hoping the same plugin is able to exclude a desired page all together.

    Does anyone know of any plugins that extend the search to have these features?
