Extarnal links problem

Hello and thank you in advance for your help.

In the question / answer part of the plugin, if we add an external link in the answer, the link does not work when a customer clicks on it.

Indeed, the plugin page returns an error: http://www.facebook.com does not allow connection

The link works by opening it through a new tab.
Is there a way to add a target = _blank attribute to the link so that when customers click on it, the link will automatically open to a new tab?
